WHAT'S A GROUP CLASS?
A comprehensive strength and conditioning workout that combines a number of activities including but not limited to weight training, gymnastics, plyometrics, running and rowing.
Each class is handled by a coach who will guide you through every step of the way to ensure that you get the utmost attention and detail to provide you with a fitness experience unlike any other facility.
WHAT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
We have 3, 10, 25 and 50 session pass packages that have varying expiration dates.
HOW DO I BOOK MY SLOT?
Couple of ways to go about it:
Use the 'Book Online' feature on website and book your desired session.
If you have an active package, then you can download the 'Fit by WIX' app and book your slots there
Lastly, you can get in-touch with us via email or Instagram DM.
