WHAT'S A GROUP CLASS?
A comprehensive strength and conditioning workout that combines a number of activities including but not limited to weight training, gymnastics, plyometrics, running and rowing.
Each class is handled by a coach who will guide you through every step of the way to ensure that you get the utmost attention and detail to provide you with a fitness experience unlike any other facility.
WHAT PACKAGES DO YOU OFFER?
​We have 3, 10, 25 and 50 session pass packages that have varying expiration dates.
HOW DO I BOOK MY SLOT?
​Couple of ways to go about it:

Use the 'Book Online' feature on website and book your desired session.
​
If you have an active package, then you can download the 'Fit by WIX' app and book your slots there​
