Service Description
A comprehensive strength and conditioning workout that combines a number of activities including but not limited to weight training, gymnastics, plyometrics, running and rowing. Each class is handled by a coach who will guide you through every step of the way to ensure that you get the utmost attention and detail to provide you with a fitness experience unlike any other facility. 🗓 Make sure to book or reserve your slot. Strictly NO booking, NO workout. 🕺🏽 Let coaches coach. 🫱🏽🫲🏼 Be mindful and respect other people working out. 🆒 Take care of the equipment. 🙋🏽 Don't be shy to ask questions - if unsure of the movement and format, ASK!

Cancellation Policy
We're excited to welcome you here at Grail Fitness Collective. To ensure everyone has a great experience, please take a moment to review and adhere to our booking policy: Booking and Confirmation - All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. - Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details. - Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a final approval from our team. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not have a background in CrossFit or meet our class requirements. Arrival Time - Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your slot and payment. Punctuality is crucial to ensure a seamless class experience for everyone. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the class start time. - If you cancel within 2 hours of the class start time or fail to attend, your slot and payment will be forfeited. This policy helps us manage class sizes and provide the best experience for all participants. Refunds and Rescheduling - No refunds will be issued for forfeited slots due to late arrival or late cancellations. - Rescheduling is possible if the cancellation is made more than 2 hours before the class start time, subject to availability. Health and Safety - All first-time attendees at Grail Fitness Collective must submit a waiver form and movement checklist form at least one day before their scheduled class. This ensures we have the necessary information to keep you safe during your workout. Returning clients are not required to submit these forms again. - Please inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the class. - Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the coach to ensure a safe workout environment.
