Cancellation Policy
We're excited to welcome you here at Grail Fitness Collective. To ensure everyone has a great experience, please take a moment to review and adhere to our booking policy: Booking and Confirmation - All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system. - Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the class details. Arrival Time -Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and preparation. -If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will forfeit your slot and payment. Punctuality is crucial to ensure a seamless class experience for everyone. Open Gym Policy - During open gym hours, you are free to use the equipment and workout for up to 2 hours. - No coach will be available during open gym; you are free to do any program you want. - Personal coaches are not allowed during open gym sessions. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled time. - If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled time or fail to attend, your slot and payment will be forfeited. This policy helps us manage class sizes and provide the best experience for all participants. Refunds and Rescheduling - No refunds will be issued for forfeited slots due to late arrival or late cancellations. - Rescheduling is possible if the cancellation is made more than 2 hours before the class start time, subject to availability. Health and Safety - All first-time attendees at Grail Fitness Collective must submit a waiver form at least one day before their scheduled class. This ensures we have the necessary information to keep you safe during your workout. Returning clients are not required to submit this form again. - Please inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the class. - Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the coach to ensure a safe workout environment.
